H\u00f8ydemeter stigning ca 1900 meter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h4>Starten p\u00e5 dagen gikk i rolige omgivelser gjennom Ariege Regional Park. De fleste av dem h\u00f8rer med til EPO kapittelet i sykkelhistorien. Den er ogs\u00e5 kjent for sine mange spa og thermobad. De mange hotellene preger byen. Herfra kan du sykle to kjente klatringer fra Tour de France. Veien opp til skistedet AX3 Domaines g\u00e5r p\u00e5 den ene siden av dalen, og det store monsteret Col de Pailheres ligger p\u00e5 den andre.
