Den ligger i de franske Pyreneene, i n\u00e6rheten av pilegrimsbyen Lourdes. Tour de France var over Col de Spandelles for f\u00f8rste gang i 2022 (da hadde det blitt lagt ny asfalt der), p\u00e5 etappen som hadde m\u00e5lgang p\u00e5 Hautacam. Den er plassert i 1.kategori.<\/p>\n<p>Col de Spandelles fikk en hendelse som mange minnes fra etappen i 2022. Det er en fin klatring. Det er mange bratte parti p\u00e5 9-10%, men du f\u00e5r ogs\u00e5 mange fine pauser p\u00e5 vei opp hvor du kan hvile bena i flatere terreng. For de med litt eksplosiv muskulatur passer derfor denne ganske fint. Blir nesten som litt intervalltrening. Det er ogs\u00e5 en et par sporadiske km ganske langt oppe som er ca p\u00e5 0-1% i stigning.\u00a0 Men du skal opp nesten 900 h\u00f8ydemeter totalt, s\u00e5 det er allikevel en betydelig tur opp.<\/h4>\n<h4>De t\u00f8ffeste tredjedelene er den f\u00f8rste og den siste. Aller t\u00f8ffest de siste to km. Ingen kosetur opp her. 8,3% i snitt over 10 km er veldig t\u00f8ft. Det er mange bratte seksjoner. N\u00e5r det er sagt er det veldig mye fin utsikt p\u00e5 denne siden, og mer \u00e5pent n\u00e5r du kommer et stykke opp. Derfor en vakker klatring p\u00e5 ganske small og idyllisk vei. Men det er ingen caf\u00e8\/serveringssted der oppe.
