Det er kanskje den aller mest brukte sykkelrunden i Trondheimsregionen. Jeg tar utgangspunkt i den vanlige runden og vil etterp\u00e5 vise to andre alternativ p\u00e5 denne runden hvis du \u00f8nsker en litt lengre, eller litt kortere tur.<\/p>\n<p>Lengde 45,4 km. Jeg synes l\u00f8ypeprofilen er litt bedre den veien. Det har kanskje litt \u00e5 gj\u00f8re med at det virker lettere og jevnere siden man slipper den ganske seige bratte stigningen opp mot Spongdal. De t\u00f8ffeste partiene hvis du kj\u00f8rer mot klokken blir bakkene p\u00e5 Rye, og det stiger ogs\u00e5 endel fra Skjetlein opp mot Heimdal. Runden innbyr generelt til jevnt ganske h\u00f8y fart fordi det er veldig mange flate parti og lite bratte bakker. Runden kan derfor kategoriseres som en noks\u00e5 lett runde. Ute p\u00e5 Byneset er det idylliske omgivelser. Lite biler. Mye fin asfalt. Veldig mye fin asfalt p\u00e5 dette partiet slakt b\u00f8lgende profil. P\u00e5 enkelte partier ligger det til rette for ganske h\u00f8y fart her. Velger du \u00e5 fortsette hovedveien som presenteres i f\u00f8rste del her, s\u00e5 m\u00e5 du opp disse, men da f\u00e5r du en ganske lett og flat vei videre mot Spongdal. Velger du den lange runden rundt ytterkantene av Byneset m\u00e5 du til h\u00f8yre i dette krysset. Den ruten er kjempefin med lite biler og god asfalt, men lengre og betydelig t\u00f8ffere p\u00e5 grunn av endel harde bakker. Disse bakkene er litt harde hvis du tar runden motsatt vei.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e6r litt obs p\u00e5 stor fart p\u00e5 bilister utover kysten ved Trolla, Flakk.<\/p>\n<p>Det blir ogs\u00e5 mer trafikk igjen n\u00e5r du kommer til Heimdal og ned mot Sluppen.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Lang runde, et t\u00f8ffere alternativ<\/h3>\n<p>Dersom du \u00f8nsker en litt lengre og hardere tur kan du velge den lange ruten og ta til h\u00f8yre ute ved Rye, mot Lauvset. Denne er en litt lengre\u00a0runde p\u00e5 53.9km, og inneholder en del ekstra h\u00f8ydemeter og flere harde bakker. Dette er en kjempefin rute langs fjorden, og anbefales!
